The studies of Edouard Hausseguy
Edouard Hausseguy completed a physics-chemistry preparatory class at Lycée Sainte-Marie, from 2008 to 2009. Once his prep school was completed, Edouard Hausseguy launched into the deep end of engineering schools. For 4 years, he took courses at ESILV (Leonard de Vinci Higher School of Engineers). He ended up successfully obtaining his general engineering diploma in 2013.
After his studies, Edouard Hausseguy worked for 3 years in the field of finance on behalf of an American investment fund, Muzinich & Co. Very quickly caught up in his desire for entrepreneurship, Edouard Hausseguy left his job and starts to stand on its own two feet.
Edouard Hausseguy’s beginnings in entrepreneurship
April 2016, Edouard Hausseguy left his job at Muzinich & Co. He tried his luck in the world of entrepreneurship. He then decided to found two companies simultaneously. The first, HEMBLEM, is a company that operates in the digital advertising sector. His goal? Allow different brands to boost their visibility on social networks thanks to a platform that connects brands and influencers.
At the same time, this very young entrepreneur is not stopping there. At the same time, he founded a second company called BARACUDA, an independent agency specializing in Social Media. The latter allows various clients to benefit from engaged communities on social networks, thanks to a host of experts (experts in community management, production, influence, acquisition).
His two companies operating in the digital world are a real success, but Edouard Hausseguy has thousands of ideas in mind and does not intend to stop there…

A new adventure: GRUPPOMIMO
Five years after the creation of his first two companies, Edouard Hausseguy has a new idea in mind. While the whole of France was still in full lockdown, and without even having any prior experience, he decided to open an Italian restaurant chain. Thanks to its knowledge of digital and its ability to use social networks, GRUPPOMIMO quickly stands out from the competition. Only two years later, the results are crazy! 12 million turnover per year, 3 million euros in profitability, this is yet another entrepreneurial success for Edouard Hausseguy. Proof that with passion, energy, creativity and desire, nothing is impossible.
GRUPPOMIMO, a duo adventure
Edouard Hausseguy is not alone in the GRUPPOMIMO adventure. In fact, he is accompanied by a certain Benoît Bossu. The latter brings his experience of catering and more particularly of Italian gastronomy. He was in fact chef de waiter from 2014 to 2016, then operations director for Gemini Family restaurants, before joining the GRUPPOMIMO project in February 2021.
And the two entrepreneurs have many projects for their Italian restaurant chain. Indeed, at the end of 2021, they announced the color: the objective is to open 10 restaurants in Ile-de-France in two years. This adventure accelerates rather quickly, in particular thanks to the dark kitchens located throughout Paris and allowing small dishes to be delivered made in Italy from GRUPPOMIMO.
