Many women have left their mark on the world of Tech. Ecommerce Magazine and Cofidis Business Solutions recently elected, for the third consecutive year, the Digital Woman of the Year 2023. Business Cool draws up for you the portrait of 10 inspiring women selected for their career, their leadership and their vision.

The Digital Women’s Club

3 years ago, Ecommerce Magazine and Cofidis Business Solutions created the Digital Woman club which aims to highlight women who work in the digital sector in France, by helping them to connect with each other in the aim of sharing their experiences. Thus, this club organizes events which tend to promote exchanges between members. These same members have access to resources and training to improve their skills in the digital field. Ecommerce Magazine and Cofidis Business Solutions launched this initiative with the aim of promoting diversity and inclusion in the digital industry, and contributing to the creation of a more egalitarian working environment for women.

Celine Rouzé

Céline Rouzé is director of customer experience at Jules. In particular, she develops the culture of balance. For her, the customer experience must be consistent, fluid and personalized at each stage of the customer journey. She also considers that listening to the customer is essential to understand their needs and adapt the offer accordingly.
