According to this study, it is better to send your CV in the morning before 10 a.m., when the recruiter is still fresh. During the 6 a.m.-10 a.m. time slot, the chances of obtaining an interview are 13%, making it the best time to send your application email.
After a digestion break between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. during which you should definitely not disturb your recruiters, the second most favorable time of the day to send your CV is between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Sated and back in shape, the recruiter is quite open to applications since your chances of obtaining an interview are 11%. From 4 p.m. onwards, fatigue gradually takes hold of the recruiter and the more time passes, the less interest you have in sending your CV.
