The startup, now scale-up, Malt is opening its own Graduate Program. The company specializing in connecting independents and organizations will offer this unique course to graduates of Grandes Écoles from the start of the 2022 school year.

Malt is one of the first French scale-ups to offer a Graduate Program aimed at young graduates from Grandes Écoles. The objective? Allow new talents to try different professions in order to strengthen and diversify their knowledge and skills. After having experienced this Graduate Program over the year 2021-2022, with a graduate of HEC Paris, Malt will open this course to five graduates from Grandes écoles from the start of the school year in September 2022.

Everything you need to know about the Malt Graduate Program

The Malt Graduate Program will be open to 5 graduates of a master’s degree from a French or foreign Grande École of management or engineering. The scale-up is above all looking for curious and versatile people to join what represents a unique opportunity.

Malt intends to create a tailor-made Graduate Program. For 18 months, the talents who join this course will be able to experience three professions among all the components of the company: from marketing to data, including finance, communication and even HR. A rotation is planned every six months. Malt thus hears “ provide informed direction for the rest of their professional career “.

In addition, beyond evolving in different functions, the talents who join the Malt Graduate Program will be able to benefit from the internationalization of the scale-up in order to continue the journey in France, but also in Germany, Belgium, Netherlands or even Spain.
