How did the recruitment process go?

During this one, I think what made the difference was my answer to the question: “If I give you urgent work to do and you have a heavy workload, what do you do?” » I explained to her that I was warning her that I could not necessarily deal with this emergency immediately, and then I asked my colleagues for help. This answer was popular because it highlights teamwork!

Andrea: For my part, I also applied on the Crédit Agricole career site and I had a first video interview, then a second came to validate the first. I was able to see the entire service and recruitment-career center. I think what made the difference was my experience in large groups. I fit well with the general spirit of the team, particularly through my interpersonal skills.
