Everything you need to know about Financial Education Week 2023
For François Villeroy de Galhau, Governor of the Banque de France, this edition should allow young people, and those at least not so young, to regain financial autonomy by understanding the mechanisms hidden behind concepts such as bank accounts: “ This 11th edition of the National Financial Education Week aims in particular to help the youngest and most vulnerable populations acquire the basics useful for managing their budget and their personal or professional finances. This public service mission is a source of pride for our institution! »
From Monday March 20, several webinars are offered to learn how to navigate the plethora of online banking services. The Banque de France and its partners will also help you, from 3:30 p.m., to better manage your budget in a context of inflation, but that’s not all! Indeed, several competitions will punctuate this Financial Education Week, notably Génération €uro, co-organized by the ECB, the Banque de France and the Ministry of National Education, as well as the Prizes for Economic Excellence in STMG, supported by the Banque de France, Citéco, IEDOM-IEOM and the Ministry of National Education.
