Business Cool had the opportunity to speak with André Lenquette, co-founder and CEO of this company, who shared details about his career and his projects.

Who are you ?

My name is André Lenquette, I am the co-founder of SPART, the first company with a mission which aims to improve the quality of life at work, cohesion and health in the professional environment. I initially followed STAPS studies, then joined a business school (SKEMA). My career includes experience within a banking group (Groupe BPCE), where I notably managed the subsidiary “Pramex International”, supporting companies of all sizes internationally.

What does SPART do?

SPART is an experience that we seek to offer to as many employees as possible in France. We encourage them to move more (30 minutes of physical activity per day) and to strengthen internal connections. Our solution was launched in mid-2021 and we have already convinced more than 70 business customers to implement our solution.

Why did you raise 1.4 million euros in funds?

This investment mainly aims to strengthen our teams, whether in the commercial, digital or technological areas. We are also making significant investments in marketing to increase the visibility of our solution.

Why did you choose to include these investors in your capital?

SPART has opted for the entry of Finorpa as well as business angels into its capital. We have known Finorpa for a long time; he is a long-term investor who fully shares our values ​​as well as those that we promote within SPART.

What will SPART look like in five years?

In 5 years, SPART will be the solution adopted by companies that have understood the importance of human capital in collective success.
