Everything you need to know about She’s Mercedes
The She’s Mercedes program was born in 2015. This initiative is offered by Mercedes-Benz in more than 70 countries. Its objective is to allow female entrepreneurs to create a network, in an environment where only 24% of women dare to enter this world.
She’s Mercedes is above all a project accelerator, but it offers a number of mechanisms to support female entrepreneurs. For the winners, the adventure begins with two days of retreat in order to create meetings between the selected women and their mentors. On the program: “ mentoring sessions, coaching, workshops on time management and intuition, recording of podcasts and photo sessions. »
But that’s not all! Mercedes-Benz goes even further and wishes to support all women who embark on an entrepreneurial adventure. Indeed, with She’s Mercedesthe manufacturer will make films, interviews and podcasts available to all which will allow all female entrepreneurs to benefit from the advice of mentors. “ Through ten episodes, the series will address many key themes for the success of an entrepreneurial project such as the role of ambition and passion, the difficulties linked to financing your project or managing your time. », Indicates Mercedes-Benz.
