“Craft the Future”: massive recruitment in 280 professions of excellence

75 houses of the group located in nearly 80 countries are affected by the launch of the “Craft the Future” plan. Candidates will have the chance to apply for positions ranging from marketing and sales to engineering and supply chain. “In total, we have 280 professions of excellence and know-how in the group, including many manual professions that it is crucial for us to perpetuate: leatherworker, jeweler, glassmaker, pastry chef, sommelier, winemaker, polisher, watchmaker”underlined the HR director of the luxury pioneer.

Launch of several initiatives for access to training and employment

This is a free program of around fifty hours which offers an initial approach to several dozen professions, accessible in one of the group’s 75 establishments.
