For Valentine’s Day, onepoint launches its recruitment with the Love Bot

Digital services company onepoint has just launched a brand new original recruitment campaign for Valentine’s Day. Using a quirky video and a tool called the Love Bot, the group intends to recruit up to 1,400 new employees.

Is it possible to fall in love with your business? This is what onepoint suggests in its brand new recruitment campaign with an offbeat tone. Launched this Tuesday, February 14, 2023, Valentine’s Day, it highlights the group’s collaborators in a video which first suggests that they are talking about a romantic relationship, before discovering that they are in reality talking about their recruitment at onepoint and their relationship to their profession.

If this recruitment campaign deliberately focuses on the ambiguity between employment and romantic relationship, it highlights the strengths of onepoint according to employees: working atmosphere, management, living spaces, flexibility… So many subjects which are important for the new generations, as evidenced by Roxane, a graduate of INSA Lyon and software developer whom we interviewed a few months ago.

To support this recruitment campaign launched on Valentine’s Day, onepoint is launching an artificial intelligence tool aimed at assessing your compatibility with the group, like for a romantic encounter. Called the Love Bot, this tool should allow the company to find up to 1,400 talents in all areas: consulting, cloud, information systems, development, project manager, etc.

To measure your compatibility with onepoint, simply go to the Love Bot website and enter information such as your contact details, your CV, your LinkedIn profile, your expertise, but also the city in which you wish to work and the type of job you are looking for (permanent contract, work-study program, internship, etc.).
