Why is it necessary to follow up with the recruiter?
It is very important to restart a company after applying to them, for three reasons. First of all, this ensures that your application has been received. In reality, it still happens too often that candidates refrain from contacting a recruiter for fear of being annoying, of getting a refusal or of being too insistent and that’s good news! Is it a good idea to follow up by phone?
Obviously, if you have their number and are comfortable speaking, don’t hesitate to follow up with your recruiter on the phone. This has many advantages.
