On October 14, 15 and 16, the Erasmus Days will take place, these days dedicated to university exchanges outside France. In a context of pandemic which is marked by a drop in the number of departures abroad, Gymglish decides to offer two months of courses to students. Focus on the startup’s offer.
Gymglish is a startup that offers a tool dedicated to language learning. The young company decided to make this activity fun and offer a “microlearning” system, allowing you to master a new language with lessons of 10 to 15 minutes per day.
The Erasmus Days, whose objective is to promote this exchange system abroad, take place from October 14 to 16. To promote international mobility, Gymglish has decided to offer two months of courses to students.
Offer language courses to relaunch Erasmus
In 2020, the pandemic significantly slowed down international departures. Thus, according to a report from the Erasmus+ agency, 64,000 French students went on an academic exchange last year, a figure down 26% compared to 2019.
Gymglish wishes to participate in the relaunch of the system by offering two months of English lessonsSpanish, German or French as a foreign language. “ Promoting and encouraging the learning of a language is very important to us. We reaffirm our support for Erasmus students (from whom many of our colleagues come) and encourage them in their mobility process. We also welcome the Erasmus+ program which targets 10 million participants by 2027, as many as in the last 30 years! », Explains Benjamin Levy, co-founder of Gymglish, via press release.
Be careful though, the Gymglish offer only lasts until December 31! It is aimed at all French students or internationals who have come to carry out their exchange in France. This offer will not only allow you to better master the language of your host country, but also, why not, to obtain an excellent TOEIC or IELTS score, two tests that make the difference on your CV!
