With the unemployment curve falling each quarter, companies are finding it more and more difficult to attract talent. A French recruitment firm has therefore decided to set up a €100,000 lottery to encourage young graduates to apply.
Lynks Partner offers itself a nice communication coup with its new campaign. The firm specializing in recruitment offers those who submit a CV the chance to win a job, but also to hope to receive a nice check for €100,000 through the platform joben1clic.
Recruitment: How to earn €100,000 by just sending your CV?
To participate in the Lynks Partner competition, you must be of legal age and have at least a bac+2 level diploma. You must of course be active and reside in France. Attention ! Your CV should not contain more than two spelling errors. You must also invite two friends, who meet the same conditions and who must in turn register on the platform.
The €100,000 is only the first prize offered by Lynks Partner. Indeed, the recruitment firm is also offering three checks of €10,000, and 16 checks of €1,000 as well as around a hundred coaching sessions with experts who will be able to best support you in your research.
The difficulty of attracting talent for companies
As explained by Jean Pralong, professor at EM Normandietoday, the company-candidate dynamic has been reversed. From now on, the power is in the hands of young graduates who have a plethora of offers on the job market and who choose based on remuneration, but also on the quality of working conditions and opportunities for advancement.
The unemployment rate is at its lowest, almost reaching the level before the pandemic and hovering around 7.2% in the last quarter in mainland France. Jean Pralong therefore specifies that now the recruiter must act like a salesperson who has, in front of him, a client who has several interesting offers.
