The startup Contentsquare has just signed a $600 million fundraising round, one of the largest in 2022. This operation has the effect of doubling the valuation of this unicorn, which is now worth 5.6 billion euros.
If the signals are red for many startups specializing in Tech, Contentsquare still manages to sign a nice fundraising of 600 million dollars (around 590 million euros) led by Sixth Street, the fund which recently signed a deal with FC Barcelona for the operation of its stadium.
As a reminder, Contentsquare is a startup specializing inExperience Analytics. It deploys all the tools to observe, measure and analyze the customer experience on a website or a mobile application. Now this unicorn is the third in terms of valuation and is worth $5.6 billion.

Contentsquare therefore raised 400 million dollars in equity, in Series F, and 200 million in debt raising. In total, the startup will have benefited from cumulative funding of $1.4 billion. Among the investors, we find historic players such as Bpifrance, Eurazeo, SoftBank Vision Fund and KKR. A newcomer has entered the unicorn’s capital: LionTree.
Regarding debt financing, this operation was carried out by BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Société Générale. The previous raising of Contentsquare, which valued it at $2.8 billion, was carried out in May 2021. “ Contentsquare occupies a unique position in the growing customer experience sector (…). With this fundraising, Contentsquare intends to continue to invest in innovation and grow through acquisitions and strengthening its international development. Among the important subjects for the unicorn, we find: digital accessibility, protection of privacy and sustainable development.
