Antropia ESSEC is the first social enterprise accelerator run by a major business school. It was launched in 2008 by the Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship Chair at ESSEC and aims to maximize the development and impact of young social enterprises.

Antropia ESSEC: The figures to remember

Antropia ESSEC has carried out 300 projects to date: 75% of these are already in operation. This support has indirectly contributed to nourishing French economic life thanks, in particular, to the creation of 3,000 jobs. Please note: 94% of project leaders recommend the programs offered by this accelerator.

The programs offered by Antropia ESSEC

Startup

In order to integrate this programyou must:

  • meet a social or environmental need;
  • have an innovative approach;
  • be convinced that the evaluation and measurement of social impact is strategic for the project;
  • be hired full-time for the project.

During this program, you will be required to make monthly updates with the Start Up program manager. She makes herself available to best meet your needs and offer you adequate and relevant solutions. You will also be put in contact with actors who will respond individually to your questions and issues.

Scale Up Business

This program is dedicated to larger structures, it is made for you if:

  • you respond to a social or environmental need;
  • you have an innovative approach;
  • your structure is under commercial status and has existed for 3 years;
  • you have a team of employees.

The program represents the opportunity for you to benefit from more than 70 hours of training and monthly workshops that will help you enrich yourself and broaden your perspectives of action. You will also benefit from individualized support and the expertise of more than 30 business stakeholders on very specific issues (legal, marketing, digital, finance, HR, etc.).

Scale Up Association

This program concerns entrepreneurs who;

  • meet a social or environmental need;
  • take an innovative approach
  • have a structure must be under associative status and have existed for 3 years;
  • have tested and validated their economic model;
  • have a salaried team.

The Scale Up Association program provides 6 months of support which begins in July 2021 and ends in January 2022. Its objective is to help you structure your scaling strategy and maximize your social impact. It will also help you redefine your social business plan and assess your financing needs.
