Mazars is transforming its recruitment process and entrusting Yaggo, an employer brand optimization service specializing in the application experience, with the task of responding to candidates whose CVs are not accepted.
A human-oriented collaboration between Mazars and Yaggo
On the occasion of the launch of its intern recruitment campaigns, Mazars, an international group specializing in auditing, taxation and consulting, entrusted Yaggo with the mission of responding to unsuccessful candidates on CVs. The group must respond individually and with arguments to each trainee.
The collaboration between the two entities presents a double challenge. The first is improving the efficiency of HR teams by outsourcing part of the process, thereby relieving them of a significant workload. The second is to provide a response and particular care to each application to promote the reputation of Mazars. “Just like the employee experience, the candidate experience is a pillar of the Mazars employer brand. It is essential for us to take care of our candidates, particularly the most junior profiles, this is what we call “candidate care”. With the support of Yaggo, we reassure them and help them boost their application. The objective is for them to give the best of themselves afterwards so that they find a position in line with their training and professional experience and thus maintain a positive experience of their application at Mazars. explains Charlotte Gouiard, HR Tech & Candidate Experience Manager at Mazars.
Yaggo’s work
Since September 2020, Yaggo has operated in two areas:
- Provide personalized feedback supported by advice, within 3 days, to unsuccessful candidates on CV.
- Highlight the best CVs in order to contact them later for offers that better match their profiles.
As for candidates not selected following an interview, they receive, as is usually the case, a telephone call from the HR team explaining in detail the reasons for this choice.
The main objective of this collaboration is to align with the new employer branding challenges of companies. Mazars pays particular attention to this point, since the group is positioned in an ultra-competitive market. To stand out, it is important to bring a touch of humanity and kindness towards candidates in order to retain and attract them. Matthieu Penet, founder of Yaggo, is delighted with this partnership “ which testifies to [l’]commitment [de Mazars] to their candidates. The movement first started with B2C companies, where the candidate is also a customer, to reach B2B companies where the war for talent rages. Behind simple CVs, there are humans, endowed with memory and feelings, who must be preserved for the future. Indeed, today’s junior applicant may be tomorrow’s Financial Director. »
